Online Banking Information
Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile App, eStatements, Intuit Software Connectivity
To establish your online access:
- Click here to begin enrollment
- You will need to provide the following verifying information: one of your account numbers, your social, your cell phone number, and the email address on file.
If accounts you have been able to view in the past, are not available, please call us at: 940-648-2753, so that we can re-establish your access.
Transfers: If you had regularly scheduled transfers, these have not converted to your new online banking. You will need re-establish transfers. Automatic transfers that were not set up through online banking, such as loan payments, will remain in place. Let us know if you notice any issues with such transfers
Alerts and Notifications: Transaction and balance have not converted to your new online banking, and you will need to re-establish those notifications once you login.
If you are a current bill pay customer, please contact us immediately at email@example.com after enrolling in our new online banking system. We will transfer your existing bill pay profile to our new system. Payments scheduled to process during this conversion will continue to process as you intend.
We are excited to now offer the Justin State Bank mobile banking app which offers access to account balances, person-to-person transfers, mobile deposit, and more. You can find the Charis Banking app on the App Store or on Google Play. Use the login credentials you establish for internet banking to login.
If you are currently using an Intuit product such as Mint, Quicken or QuickBooks, you may need to establish or re-establish a link for these services to the Charis Family of Banks bank ID.

If you are currently receiving e-Statements, you will need to re-enroll. We will validate your email address, and you will be prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions relating to your electronic delivery of statements and/or notices. Keep an eye out for other notices you can elect to receive electronically in the future!
To start receiving statements electronically, enroll in Online Banking and login. Select one of your accounts, then select Documents. You can enroll in the electronic delivery of statements from there.
iTalk is Justin State Bank’s new telephone banking system. The number for iTalk is 844-380-1798. You can begin using this number anytime. When you call from the number we have on file, you will be able to establish a personal access code for the telephone banking system. If accounts that you were previously able to access, are no longer available, please contact us at 940-648-2753 so that we may re-establish access.
Don't forget to download our contact card with your mobile device to easily store important numbers and information.
You should have already received your new Justin State Bank Debit Card. To activate your card please follow the instructions included with your new card. When you call to activate your card, you will be prompted to select a new PIN. You may begin using your Justin State Bank debit card immediately.
NOTE: If you currently have automatic debit card payments tied to your Justin State Bank debit card, you will need to notify the payee of your new Justin State Bank debit card information to continue uninterrupted payments.
We are upgrading our system and expect the ATM to be back in service at 9:00 am on Tuesday, July 23rd. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you need to withdraw cash from another ATM while our system is being updated, we will reimburse any fees you are charged when you present us the receipts.
MY CARD RULES
MyCardRules is a newly offered mobile app you can download from the App Store or on Google Play to take control of your debit card. You can turn your card on/off, set transaction alerts, and create rules for transactions.
ACCOUNT NUMBERS & ROUTING NUMBER
Your account numbers will not change. The routing number for Justin State Bank remains 111911224. You will not need to order new checks.
CD’S AND IRA’S
There will be no changes to your CD or IRA accounts. The term, maturity date, rate and payment method that you established when your account was opened will remain the same.
There will be no changes in the terms of your current loan agreement with Justin State Bank.
If you have received coupon books in the past, you may now receive a billing statement, rather than a coupon book.
If you have an established auto-pay transfer from your deposit account for your regular loan payment, you do not need set it up again. However, transfers scheduled and initiated from internet banking will need to be recreated in the new online banking system.
